The Concepción Independent Film Awards arrives at its nineth edition, with the mission of showing good cinema for a week to the BíoBío region, to Chile and to the whole world. The festival tries to provide a social view of film production, however, it is not limited to this theme, but offers a range of themes and genres for the enjoyment of lovers of the seventh art.
